Hi, I'm Matt Christenson

I'm an Entrepreneur, Product Designer, Software Architect, Data Storyteller, Consultant, and Educator.

I was born, raised, and now live my adult life primarily in the suburbs of Chicago, although I've spent quite a bit of time living on the road. I've worked on-site with companies in over 30 states and in multiple countries (I've visited 49 of them!)

I'm neurodivergent. I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child, and with high functioning autism in my adulthood. I have dyslexic signs but was not diagnosed. Specific diagnosis doesn't really matter, though - the point is - my brain works in unusual ways.

As an entrepreneur and contractor, I'm involved in a lot of different projects. I created this website as a tool for those who might like to follow multiple projects that I'm involved with.

I do much of my professional work through The Reliable Collaboration Company, where I focus on projects that align with the values that I share with other team members. I split my time between developing projects for clients, developing for projects that we're incubating at RCC, and providing Training & Instruction around a variety of topics centered around Software Development, Data Science, and Professional Development.

In 2024, I started the Neurodiverse Code Club to build resources for other Neurodiverse people that lay at the intersection point of navigating today's world as a Neurodiverse person, Self-empowerment through the creation of value for others, and learning how create software, from scratch - by teaching yourself (like I did)

I'll drop my Linked-In page here, to make it easy to find for those of you who want to keep in touch that way, or get a more complete history of some of my professional work and connections.
